Employment, Job Offers, Disclaimer of Liability
By browsing our website and interacting with it you understand and agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein. You agree to be truthful and honest with all information you provide to DDON International Inc. (DDON) / International Services Agency (ISA). You agree and understand that DDON has no responsibility to you for any failure, breach, violation, or nonperformance by any future Employer including any of their representatives or agents. You agree to hold DDON International Inc. / International Services Agency harmless against any claims arising out of or related to your employment with Employer or rising out of DDON's involvement, placement, or efforts.

You understand that DDON/ISA does not screen or investigate in any way its Clients who may offer you a job to determine their ability, bona fides, or willingness to perform the obligations pursuant to their offer to you for work as a domestic worker. DDON/ISA makes no representations and gives no assurances that the Employer will perform, including paying any money owed for such work or any other issues that might arise. The Agency, which provides domestic help staffing services, will not settle, mediate or otherwise assume any responsibility for resolving disputes between you and your future Employer. You do not pay a fee to DDON/ISA to register for a job referral and understand and agree that only clients of DDON International Inc. / International Services Agency pay a placement fee. You as a jobseeker are not a client of DDON.

DDON/ISA domestic help staffing Agency assumes no liability arising from our website or Email, or in the event that our software fails to operate as expected, even if such failure results in the loss of your data or the inaccuracy of your data related to your job. We respect your information as confidential and will make every effort to ensure yours as provided by law and our then placement policy. You agree to allow DDON/ISA Agency and its representatives to use your information as provided by you and/or third parties you have worked for to our clients and/or their third party representatives for possible job employment, or to third parties conducting a background check on you that you agree to undergo. You agree to hold DDON/ISA AGency harmless from any failure that might arise including the occasional accidental or inadvertent mistakenly sent or obtained information to a third party not intended to receive it.

DDON/ISA Agency has no responsibility for job descriptions from third parties or their representatives or any promised thereof, or for any failure or nonperformance by persons seeking employment through the Agency. The Employer and Employee must pay all taxes to meet their obligations as required by state and federal agencies including room and board as may be required for the job, and the Agency makes no representations or gives any tax advise. Persons looking to hire someone referred through the Agency and the jobseekers retain all the responsibility, which remains solely to those two parties one to the other alone.

You, as a future Employer or Client of DDON International Inc./ International Services Agency interacting with this website to provide a job order understand this is done solely as a preliminary step and does not constitute any warrants or guarantees as further detailed in our contract with our clients, should we accept your job order. DDON/ISA does not guarantee or accept any responsibility of any employment offers, employment screenings, employment decisions, and actual employment presented by a client and/or their representatives or agents and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, or any other information provided by employers or employees as two parties who must agree to terms and conditions of employment they enter into between themselves each to the other alone.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DDON International Inc./ International Services Agency and all its officers, directors, members, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors, and licensees et al from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by such parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. DDON International Inc./ International Services Agency reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you shall not settle any such matter without the written consent of DDON International Inc./International Services Agency. Jobseekers hired through the Agency with any wage or work grievances are directed to their employer and their third party representatives and assigns, to The Department of Labor in the state they worked, the EDD, IRS, and any other government agencies or departments able and qualified to assist, and not DDON International Inc./International Services Agency.

Governing Law
This website (excluding any linked sites) is controlled by DDON International Inc./International Services Agency from its offices within the State of California located in the City of Beverly Hills. By interacting and browsing our website you agree that the laws applicable to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be the laws of the State of California and with regard to the federal laws of the United States.
